Inspired by the delicious taste of Spanish Chorizo, our in house made Spanish Chorizo Sausage has Garlic, Onion and Paprika giving it that chorizo like taste.

Ingredients: Beef, Rice Flour, Salt, Tapioca Starch, Flavour Enhancer (621), Dehydrated Garlic, mineral Salt (451), Dehydrated Onion, Sugar, Acidity Regulator (170), Spices, Spice Extract, Preservative (223)( Sulphites ), Antioxidant (316), Mustard Flour, Ginger, Herbs, Smoke Flavour.
