Poultry Lacers
These poultry lacers make stuffing a turkey or chicken a breeze. Insert the poultry lacer needles at various strategic places around the cavity, leaving the eye ends out. Then, thread a piece of thin butchers string through the eyes. Then, pull the string tight to draw the needles altogether, closing the cavity.
