Garam Masala

Our garam masala spice blend is a mix of coriander, cumin, cardamom, peppercorns, mustard, fennel, cloves and chilli. It is the perfect blend to use in Indian curry dishes as well as soups and other dishes where you want to add flavour.

Ingredients: Ground pepper, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground bay leaves and cardamon.
