ground, dehydrated garlic. It is perfect to use when you don't have any fresh garlic at home, in seasonings, soups and any other dish which needs a boost of flavour.

We like to use garlic powder in our own seasoning mixes for Mexican dishes or in our homemade chickpea crackers.
