Brown Rice Syrup - Organic

Brown Rice Syrup is made by steeping cooked rice with saccharifying enzymes to break down the starches, turning them into a digestible sugar. The liquid is then strained off and reduced. This organic brown rice syrup is a great sweetener and has a similar consistency to honey, making it a perfect vegan replacement. It can be used in many baking recipes and raw treats or snacks. It contains no refined sugar, gluten or preservatives.
