2 clones of Chardonnay picked at 3 different ripeness levels.

2/3 from the Olive block, gently sloping north facing, 1/3 from Hillside, our steeper east facing block.

Aged 20 months on the full lees, blended a few days before hand bottling.

Nothing added & nothing taken away.
