Fresh Mozzarella is often paired with Tomatoes, Basil, Stone fruit, Berries & really it pairs beautifully with any fresh produce that is in season. When melted, Mozzarella becomes gooey and stretchy, making it perfect for Pizza toppings and hot sandwiches.
