Pomegranate
Crisp and full of flavour, pomegranates are rich in antioxidants and naturally sweet with a hint of tartness. Great for eating fresh, adding to salads, or juicing.
To remove pomegranate seeds:
Cut off the top, score the skin, and pull the fruit apart. Loosen the seeds in a bowl of water — the seeds sink while the pith floats. Drain and enjoy.
