Our Sous Vide Pork Scotch Roast is slow-cooked to perfection and ready when you are. Pre-cooked using the sous vide method to lock in moisture and taste, all it needs is a quick heat to serve. It's the easiest way to serve up a roast that tastes homemade, without the hours in the kitchen.

Cooking Instructions: Simple and easy to cook, simply preheat the oven to 180°C remove the Pork Scotch Roast from it's packaging and cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or pop it in the microwave and heat on high for 6-8 minutes or until fully heated through.
