HOW TO USE
PRE-WORKOUT
Energize your body to preserve muscle glycogen (the stored version of glucose) and delay early fatigue. Consume 1 or 2 scoops of CARBOLYTE 15–30 minutes before training.
INTRA-WORKOUT
To maintain energy levels and support muscle function during training, take half a serving every 30 minutes. If you're an endurance athlete engaged in prolonged exercise, sip one serving mixed in 400ml of water (or your preferred sports drink) for extra fuel and hydration.
POST-WORKOUT
After sessions up to 90 minutes, take ½ to 1 serving within 40 minutes post-training. Pair it with a minimum of 20g high-quality protein—such as Hypa Sports Pro-Charge Whey. If your session lasts longer than 90 minutes, take 1 serving immediately after and another 60 minutes later.
