Adults: Take 2 tablets daily for a minimum of 3 to 6 months (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening) taken with water after food. VIviscal tablets are easy to swallow.

Not to be taken by children, pregnant or breastfeeding women or those who have had a heart attack, surgery or major accident. Do not take in conjunction with other medication unless advised by a healthcare practitioner.
