Important Safety & Usage Notes:

- Discharge capacitors before LCR measurement.
- Do not apply voltage to the LCR input ports.
- Ensure battery voltage does not exceed DC 100V for internal resistance tests; AC voltage is prohibited.
- Use the correct input ports for LCR and battery measurements to avoid damage.
- Pay attention to polarity and avoid short circuits when measuring batteries.
