Target Applications

- Semiconductor Manufacturing: Waste treatment of fluoride-containing effluent from wafer hing.
- Metal Finishing: Acid pickling baths and passivation lines.
- Chemical Processing: Neutralization of acids containing trace fluorides.
- Glass & Solar: Monitoring wastewater from glass hing processes.

Metrology & Installation Note

- HF Limits: While resistant, the lifespan of any glass sensor in HF is determined by concentration and temperature. This sensor is rated for concentrations up to 1000 mg/L HF.
- Mounting: The sensor body features a PG13.5 thread. For pipe or tank mounting, a separate 3/4" NPT adaptor or immersion assembly is required. Always mount ph sensors facing at least slightly down to ensure that the electrolyte is in contact with the reference junction.
- Calibration: Standard 2-point calibration (pH 4.00 & 7.00) is recommended. Ensure buffers are fresh to maintain the high slope accuracy (>98%).
