A modern day twist on a traditional rose.

The fruit was handpicked in the cool of the morning before gently pressing the juice off the skins to avoid extracting any colour.

Aromas of white rose petal, violet, and hints of strawberry on the nose. The palate offers dried cranberry, strawberry and floral notes, with rich mid-palate and tart acidity leading to a sweet finish.
