Our Valentine Dress features a wide high sitting neck, and three waist pleats for a soft
draping effect. The pleats allow for the Valentine to be worn long with an angular hem, or rouched at a higher point that works best for you. Made from our stunning Italian Plissé it is luxuriously textured and extra stretchy.
