Smashing Pumpkin Soup
With winter fast approaching, a homemade soup doesn't get much more nourishing than this – full-bodied pumpkin soup with a hearty Thai flavour.
Gluten-free - Dairy-free - Vegan
Generous 1 litre serve pouches (resealable!) for sharing.
Contains: Soy. While care is taken, this meal was made in a kitchen also handling gluten-containing cereal products, milk products, fish, shellfish, sesame, peanuts & treetnuts.
Directions: Pour soup into a microwave-proof dish, or pot, and reheat gently until piping hot. Serve with your favourite garnish and a side of warm, crispy bread.
Keep frozen, or refrigerated after defrosting.
