R 60V Espresso Machine Black

Rocket Espresso's R 60V espresso machine boasts a unique pressure profiling system. Traditionally, espresso extraction relies on 9 bar of pump pressure to extract the coffee's flavors and oils. With the R 60V's unique pressure profiling system, it's possible to fine-tune the pump pressure during extraction, enhancing the coffee's flavour.

Rocket Espresso's pressure profiling system divides extraction into five intervals, allowing for programming of different pressures to be applied. This feature permits adjustment of pump pressure up or down based on the coffee type and desired flavors. Using the Rocket Espresso communication pod, it's possible to modify settings with a remote controller or through the machine's wifi system, which displays real-time information on temperatures, pressures, and extraction times. You can also use the Rocket R 60V app that is available on the Google Play store or Apples App store.

The R 60V has dual boilers and is PID controlled. It also features a rotary pump and a water reservoir, but it can be directly connected to a mains water supply.
