General Terms

Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers not used within this time frame will expire with no entitlement to refund or exchange.

Redemption: Vouchers can be redeemed against any of our pottery classes, workshops, or products. If a purchase exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid by other available payment options.

Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule a class booked using a gift voucher, please at least 1 week prior to the class start date.

Cancellation by Participant: If cancellation occurs more than 1 week before the class start date, the voucher can be reissued for future use (minus a $20 processing fee). No reissues for cancellations within 1 week of the class start date, unless a replacement participant is found.
