Ingredients: Dehydrated vegetables (Cabbage, Broccoli, Mushroom, Zucchini, Spinach, Cauliflower, Green Beans, Celery, Capsicum, Radish, Tomato, Onion, Parsley, Chives), Cream (made from Milk), Toasted Nutritional (Inactive) Yeast, Bacon. Contains: Milk
Macros per 100ml when made up: Energy 187kJ, Protein 1.3g, Fat 3.7g, Carbs 1.8g, Sugars 0.2g Sodium 51mg
How to use: Put 4 teaspoons of soup mixture into a mug (13g) and add 200ml boiled water. You can also boost any slow cooker dish, or anything that's going into the oven to be baked. As a parent, it's about smuggling veges in any which way that you can, and real bacon "hello!"
