Charlotte Suggate paints predominantly floral and botanical works, drawing inspiration from her neighbourhood and local walks. She has a particular interest in the treatment of backgrounds, often allowing base colours to show through. Her signature colour-blocking between stalks and blooms brings rhythm and structure to each piece.
