• Hawkshead Rosé 2024 – Dry, bright and quietly complex. Red currant, bramble and wild herbs meet crisp acidity and a textured finish.
• Kinross ‘Holy Schist’ Fumé Blanc 2024 – Tropical and textural. Passionfruit, pineapple and orange blossom with a savoury, oaked edge.
• Valli Waitaki Pinot Gris 2023 – Silky and saline. Pear blossom, lemon zest and sea salt glide across a beautifully weighted palate.
