Kilner Muslin Square

The a versatile 100% cotton cloth with an ultra-fine mesh for straining, filtering and infusing.

Use it for separating curds and whey when making butter, cheese and yoghurt, straining fruit for preserves, creating jelly bags, or infusing sauces, broths and soups with herbs and spices.

The 50 x 50 cm square has a sewn hemmed edge to help prevent fraying and is machine washable for repeated use.
