Knitting Pattern for a diagonal spiral pattern beanie and matching mitts designed for a DK 8Ply weight Alpaca Yarn - Indiecita DK Easy Wash by Alpaca Yarns .

This accessory combo is an interesting challenge for the intermediate knitter to perfect.

Both the Beanie and Mitts are knitted flat and seamed.

Approx. measurements:
Beanie to fit head 56-58cm
Mitts: 21cm long
Gauge: 30 stitches over pattern using 4.5mm needles.

Materials:
Beanie: Approx. 2 balls of the Indiecita DK Easy Wash or 230 metres of a similar weight DK 8ply natural fibre yarn.
Mitts : Approx. 2 balls the Indiecita DK Easy Wash or 230 metres of a similar weight DK 8ply natural fibre yarn.
4.5mm knitting needles or size needed to give correct tension.
Cable Needle and Tapestry Wool needle.
