K343 Hooded Sweater with Pocket DK Knitting Pattern

Knitting pattern for 2 versions of a Hoodie designed in DK / 8ply weight yarn for children ages 2 through to 8 years. Version one has a contrast colour for the pocket, hood and sleeves while version 2 uses one colour throughout.

Uses approx 550 metres for the size 2 and 950 metres of DK for the size 9 years. Originally designed in a yarn with approx. 105 m per 50g ball.

Knitted in pieces and sewn together.

Needles: 3.75mm and 4mm straight needles or whichever size required to get gauge.

Gauge: 22 stitches and 30 rows over 10cm square of stocking stitch.
