Milla's Summer Suit Knitting Pattern by Petiteknit

Milla's Summer Suit is inspired by the 1950's knits for kids, where the yoke was often worked in smocking stitch. The suit can easily be worn with leggings and a knit cardigan. Milla's Summer Suit is worked bottom up and the fit is snug.

Four Sizes: 0-3 (3-6) 6-12 (12-18) months

Finished Garment Measurements
Full length: 34 (38) 40 (42) cm
Width across the stomach: 20 (22) 23 (25) cm

Gauge: 28 sts x 40 rows = 10 x 10cm

Suggested needles: Size 2mm and 2.5mm circular needles (40 or 60 cm) for the body, size 2mm and 2.5mm double pointed needles, size 2.5mm crochet hook

Yarn approx. 100 (100) 100 (100) grams of any soft Cotton in a fingering weight based on meterage of approx 50 g = 200 -210m)
5-6 buttons (Ø = 12-15 mm)
