A light weight yarn for gorgeous handknits. A fine 3ply fingering weight blend of Tencel (wood pulp) and Llama fibres.

Sheen and softness for garments and accessories that are close to the skin. A suitable substitute for silk as it is a fine fingering weight, has incredible melange colours, incredible drape and hand. It is simply luxury at an affordable price.

50% Baby Llama and 50% Lyocell - which is a refined wood pulp product - therefore this is a blend of two natural fibres - animal and plant. Produced in Peru by Mitchell Yarns especially for Alpaca Yarns New Zealand.

Fibre: 50% Baby Llama, 50% Lyocell (Tencel/Wood pulp)
Metreage: 175 metres per 50 gram ball
Gauge: approximately 26 stitches and 32 rows per 10cm square knitted swatch using 3mm needles and stocking stitch pattern
Recommended needles: 3mm or as pattern suggests.
Handwash, lay flat in shade to dry.
