From the high-altitude regions of San Ignacio and Jaén in northern Peru, this Fairtrade Organic coffee comes from LIMCOF, a cooperative of 814 coffee growing families.

Carefully picked, sorted, washed and sun-dried, the coffee is grown between 1,600 and 2,000 metres above sea level and stored in climate controlled conditions to protect its quality. The result is a clean, balanced and delicious cup.
