Come and spend an afternoon at KoruKai Herb Farm and meet the people, plants and animals that make our farm what it is.

Our guided tour is a chance to step behind the scenes, explore the gardens and growing systems, and discover how we work with nature to build healthy soils, grow nutrient-dense food and create a resilient, productive farm. We manage the farm without synthetic fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides, using biological and regenerative growing practices to support the health of our soil, plants and wider ecosystem.

You’ll see our gardens, fertility systems and integrated pest and disease management approaches. We regularly measure the nutrient density of our vegetables and herbs using a Brix meter , and use microbial soil analysis to better understand what is happening beneath the surface and guide our management decisions.
