The latest addition to our Crémant family, is 100% Chardonnay. Made from 100% Chardonnay from the 2017 vintage this wine spent 3 years on yeast lees and was disgorged December 2021 with a dosage of 6 g/L. With time in bottle since disgorgement this wine is a delight to drink.
