. Inspired by Aotearoa The Land of the Long White Cloud. This cloud first sighted by the Polynesian travellers 800 years ago indicated land ahead and became the Maori name for our country.

This piece is part of Lynden's signature range, the 'Volcanic Series', that explores the dramatic geological landscape of New Zealand. Lynden uses a layering technique where trails of liquid glass are controlled to create coloured landscapes.
