Smoked Honey Gin

This exciting gin blends top quality gin with lavender honey direct from the farm. To make it that little bit more special we add a hint of smoky notes from the beekeepers smoker and topped it off by hand dipping each bottle in a protective beeswax cover.

This gin recently received 93/100 and 5 stars from Wine Orbit.

Please note that the honey will settle in the bottle after a couple of days. Simply roll the bottle over a couple of times to re-mix the honey gorgeousness!

You can enjoy this gin is a favourite cocktail (perhaps a traditional Bees Knees!)

Tasting notes:

Beautifully lifted notes of honey, dried apricot, candied orange, smoked wood and juniper on the nose, leading to a delectably creamy palate that’s fleshy and lingering with a whispering sweetness. Complex and soothing (Wine Orbit, Sept 21)
