About the artist:
Kairau ‘Haser’ Bradley, a Māori artist of Ngā Puhi descent, was born and raised in the western suburbs of Tāmaki Makaurau. A leading figure in Aotearoa’s graffiti and street art scene, he has spent more than two decades contributing to the global graffiti community, representing and exhibiting across Australasia, North America, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the UK. After ten years working in corporate design, Haser has now returned his full focus to his art practice. His work blends vibrant colour, graphic graffiti language, and influences drawn from his Māori heritage to explore themes of aroha, identity, resilience, and personal evolution. Through this deeply personal visual language, Haser honours his whakapapa while pushing the boundaries of contemporary urban art in Aotearoa.
