This set contains 13 HAPPY BIRTHDAY letters.

They come flat, unfilled. However they don't require helium - they're to be filled with air. They have tabs on the top of each letter to string them up with.

They are perfect for travel and are re-usable. They also come with a straw to blow them up and silver ribbon. Stick on a surface individually, or string together.

Tips:

- We like to use clear nylon so they look like they are floating.
- Put a little piece of clear sellotape over the valve to keep any air from escaping after blowing them up.
