ORGANIC Rocket Salad Leaves - Seeds

A rapid grower with fresh, peppery-tasting leaves. These seeds have been grown under strict organic, chemical-free conditions. Rocket is particularly nice combined with a lemony dressing to add to the natural peppery taste. Stir in to pasta and risottos. A delicious peppery topping for pizza. Lovely combined with feta or mozzarella.

When to sow: Indoors - All year round. Note a grow light is suggested in winter. Outdoors - North and South Island: Spring, Summer and Autumn.

Tips: Keep soil moist. Best not to let fully dry out. Good choice for hydroponics. Best to save seeds to sow every few weeks for a constant supply. Begin to harvest in 7 to 8 weeks. Water soil at base to avoid water on crown. Prefers part sun, part shade. Can be grown indoors.
