AL's Bangkok Spice Blend

Al’s Bangkok spice blend adds an exotic twist to white meats or vegetables. Add some fresh coriander if it’s your thing.

Use at a rate of 25-50gm per kilogram of vegetables or white meats

Add a little oil along with the spices, toss to coat then cook.
