What’s Included This package covers the following services: Professional support from our experienced Funeral Directors to coordinate the cremation Transfer of your loved one into our care Mortuary care, including dressing and placement into a basic cremation casket Provision of a basic cremation casket Completion and management of all required documentation, including: Doctor’s certificate Medical referee and cremation forms Death certificate Transportation of the deceased to the crematorium Cremation fee Return of ashes to the family Please note: Additional charges may apply for the following: Services required outside of normal business hours Publication of newspaper notices Travel beyond a 20 km radius Provision of an oversized casket The casket included is a standard cremation casket. Any modifications or upgrades may incur additional fees.
