The Kerckhaert Legendary is designed especially for the thoroughbred race horse with a narrower hoof which is straighter in the quarters. It drops onto the foot, making fitting much easier, and has a thicker section which elevates the sole away from the ground, reducing impact. The crease and nail pattern of the shoe also ensure safe and strong nailing to reduce damage the to hoof wall.
