The rotary hackle pliers equipped with the same pliers as the CFT-120 Midge allow the pliers and grip to move freely, and the grip part rotates smoothly.

Elastomer rubber is used for the joint part to provide a shock absorber part. When wrapping the hackle, you can wrap the hackle tightly even in difficult-to-wrap places such as the post of the parachute fly while applying appropriate tension.
