The 2022 has complex aromas of Thai lime, tropical fruits and freshly picked herbs. The palate is fresh and vibrant with a delicious balance of texture and structure. The flavour profile is similarly in the herbaceous spectrum with black current leaf, nettles and a fresh citrus finish. A style of Sauvignon Blanc that is unmistakably from New Zealand which showcases its coastal surrounds with a wonderful freshness, you can almost taste the salt air.
