Pink Ensemble Clevedon Rosé 2024

Lovingly hand- picked at our Clevedon vineyard by family and friends. The grapes were then whole bunch pressed resulting in salmon pink tones with a lovely depth to the colour.

The aromatics are complex, with a lovely delicacy. Peppercorn, cardamom spice with slightly under ripe plum and just ripe wild strawberries underpinned by a seam of clay mineral goodness.

The palate is supple, and there is a thought provoking yin and yang of flavour and tart acidity. The tartness threatens to take over but never does, always met by spice, flavour and fruit sweetness.
