Feta 'Ziria' in Brine 400g

Soft cheese with a slightly salty and sour taste that is stored in brine after being placed in wooden barrels or tins. Feta is a cheese of PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) and is made from a mix of sheep (min 70%) and goat's milk (max 30%). This feta is made from animal rennet (specifically sheep & goat). Because the feta is in brine, it will last much longer in the fridge. Feta is valuable for our body as it contains proteins and calcium.
