Bougatsa 500g

Delicious traditional Greek. A traditional sweet cream pie made with filo pastry and a custard cream filling. Sachets of icing sugar and cinnamon are included for topping after baking. Straight from the freezer into the oven (only need to remove the top lid and it bakes in the tray it comes in). Fan bake 185 degrees celcius for about 40 minutes.
