Las Coronas Sugar-Free Fried Tomato Sauce 300g

The same slow-cooked Valencian tomate frito as the Las Coronas original, made without any added sugar. Ripe tomatoes and olive oil are simmered until naturally sweet and thick, so nothing is needed to round out the flavour. A useful pantry staple for anyone watching added sugar without giving up a proper Spanish sofrito.
