We source good quality Chocolate in a secret blend. Our Chocolate is tempered to perfection to give you a delicious ‘crack’ and we always use Dark Chocolate because it contains more goodness for your soul and increases the pleasure hormones in your brain!

We handmake our Pistachio paste from scratch too! Nothing out of a jar! We roast our raw Pistachios daily and blend them with other ingredients to create the perfect Pistachio Butter.

The Pistachio Butter is then added to a toasted Kadaifi pastry and then filled into prepared Chocolate shells. They are best enjoyed the week they are purchased.
