The vulture has been unfairly hated on for centuries, and we’re here to set the record straight! A dignified and striking bird of prey, vultures play a vital role in the ecosystem, preventing the spread of disease, eliminating waste and normalising pattern baldness. They’re also extremely at risk, with half of all vulture species heavily endangered. While we have no vultures in New Zealand, our recent collaboration with Auckland Zoo has seen five custom metalbird vultures installed in their amazing Africa Safari Track (check it out!) and now your garden can feature one too!
