An essential for Makeup Artists, Blue Neutraliser conceals blue-based imperfections such as veins, bruises and dark under-eye circles with a creamy texture and high pigmentation for seamless coverage.

To use this easy to apply product, simply apply a small amount on a brush to the area which needs correcting and blend into the skin. Use a stippling motion for maximum coverage, or buff gently for subtle alterations. Can be used before foundation as a facial corrector, or blended with other neutralizers.
