We would like to assist you instore and or encourage you to unlace and relax the fitting of the lacing of your boots for your very first initial ‘try on’ – Please pay particular attention right down at the area of the arch, you should only need to set your personal fit once then use the inside zipper. Setting your boots correctly from the start will help avoid any undue strain on the inside zipper.
