Pattern Fantastique - Lucent Visor Makers Kit

This kit includes all the specialty notions you will need to make the Lucent Visor.

Included in the kit is:

- Fusible buckram
- 38mm wide elastic
- Plastic millinery wire
- 2x Millinery Ferrules

Enough for one Lucent Visor.

You will still need to purchase the Lucent Visor Pattern, plus fabric to suit - although this is a great stash busting project, so you might just have something fabulous already!
