Somewhere between lemon cake and lemon sugar cookie. This is a fresh citrus bakery flavour with a slightly smokey vanilla note. Can be a great tool with creams, any lemon bakery or other citrus pastry. Worth experimenting with Cured and Arabian type tobacco flavours as well.
