The Configura Comfort is a clinical rise and recline chair for people who need genuine postural and pressure management, not just a comfortable recliner. Tilt-in-space is retained through the full recline, the seat depth adjusts, and the cushion is interchangeable so the seating can be matched to the person. Cubro fits the backrest and tests each chair in New Zealand before it goes out.

TILT-IN-SPACE
The seat and back tilt together while maintaining the hip and knee angle, redistributing pressure without shearing the skin. Crucially, the tilt is retained through the recline — many chairs lose it.

INTERCHANGEABLE CUSHION
Supplied with a memory foam cushion, and compatible with the Comfort air-cell cushion or another specified pressure-care cushion. If your OT has prescribed a particular cushion, it can be fitted.

ADJUSTABLE SEAT DEPTH
±50mm of adjustment, so the seat can be set to support the thighs without catching behind the knee. A 50mm depth adjustment kit is also available.

WIDTH BETWEEN ARMS
Small 457mm narrowing to 420mm. Medium 508mm narrowing to 470mm. Large 559mm narrowing to 530mm.

UPHOLSTERY
Four-way stretch vapour-permeable fabric on the seat, leg rest and armrests. Contact areas are removable for cleaning — a practical detail in a care setting.

ACCESSORIES AVAILABLE
Lateral supports, profiled headrest, dropdown armrests, height adjustment kit, 50mm depth adjustment kit, backrest with lateral support, and battery backup. All quoted and itemised separately as funders require.

BARIATRIC VERSION
For users up to 254kg, the Configura Bariatric Tilt-in-Space Chair offers seat widths of 609, 660 or 711mm. for a quote.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
$517.50 incl. GST to main centres in the North and South Island. Cubro's own team delivers the chair, fits the backrest, tests it and installs it in your home. An extra cost may apply outside main centres and for rural addresses — we'll confirm it with you before dispatch. Allow up to 5 working days in main centres. The chair weighs 68–71kg.

WARRANTY
2 years through Cubro. Your Consumer Guarantees Act rights apply on top.

We are a registered vendor with Enable New Zealand, ACC and MSD/Work and Income. for a formal written quote addressed to your funder, with a quote number, product codes and a validity date.
